Air Pro Solutions was started by two guys who’ve spent their lives in this industry. Co-owners Efer Zamorano and Alec Smith didn’t just want to build another HVAC company in Auburn, WA. With a background in business administration and years of hands-on HVAC experience earned the traditional way, Efer blends strategic thinking with skilled craftsmanship. He began his career as a lead technician for a large commercial restoration company where he received professional training in industry standards and more in depth knowledge about humidity & climate control, indoor air quality, and high level of craftsmanship. Today, he leads both operations and installation at Air Pro Solutions— completing every job to code with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to raising industry standards.
Alec Smith
Senior HVAC Service Technician & Sales Director
Alec brings a sharp diagnostic eye and a deep passion for helping customers get back to comfort. His work has focused primarily on service and system troubleshooting, with extensive experience in heat pump repairs, split system maintenance, and performance optimization. Whether it’s identifying airflow issues or dialing in refrigerant charge with pinpoint accuracy, Alec’s service-first mindset keeps our team responsive, reliable, and trusted. He also has helped manage a smaller HVAC company in the install department.

They came for an estimate for our house and shop. He found the problem quickly (we wired the indoor control wrong). They are very honest and easily could have pushed for a new furnace as ours is older but said it still as a few years left. Small businesses make a difference, let’s keep this one around!
